Women: I Lose My Breast when I Lose Weight

Wow! It seems when one part looks better, the other looks worse.  The problem is there is no way to control where you lose weight first, and how.  We are all genetically built a certain way so some lose weight on top before losing on the bottom, and vice versa.  But one thing we can control is what it looks like when losing the weight.


There is a myth going around: lose the fat then build muscle. This is incorrect. If you weight train while losing weight, your skin and body have time to catch up with each other. You will have less sagging skin in the end. Weight training also helps you to shape the area in which you are lagging.  For example, a flat rear-end can become round with leg exercises.


Breasts are susceptible to shifts due to pregnancy, weight gain or loss, and even stress. They are at their perkiest at 15, and then it goes down from here. They are made of fat so it is difficult for women over the age of 25 to maintain breast shape while losing weight and gaining more muscle tissue or tone. All we can do is try to keep them from sagging.  Weight training can do this and make them look fuller.  Remember, once you’ve seen one or two, you have seen them all.
